Rental Terms

Included in Rental

• Insurance coverage included ($500 deductible applies)
• Emergency roadside assistance
• Unlimited mileage (unless otherwise noted)

Renter Responsibilities

The renter agrees to the following terms:
1. Tickets & Tows: The renter is solely responsible for any parking tickets, traffic violations, and towing fees incurred during the rental period.
2. Minor Maintenance: The renter is responsible for minor upkeep during the rental term, including but not limited to:
• Tire blowouts
• Refilling air in tires
3. 28-Day Maintenance Check: The vehicle must be returned to Family Car Rentals every 28 days for a routine maintenance check, regardless of rental term length.
4. Vehicle Condition: The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
5. Accidents & Damage: In the event of an accident or damage, the renter must notify Family Car Rentals immediately. A deductible of $500 applies to any insurance claim.

Owner Responsibilities

Family Car Rentals is responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle, including but not limited to:
• Oil changes
• Brake inspections/replacements
• Engine and transmission maintenance
• Scheduled service checks
